1. Can I have my own customized product?

Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark, your language manual etc.

2. How about the delivery time?

You can choose to pick up from overseas warehouses or choose express transportation.

3. What can I do if something goes wrong with my e-bike during the warranty?

We believe that communication is the best way to solve the problem. Please contact us in time. To help you solve the problem as quickly as possible, please describe the problem in detail and provide photos and videos so that we can find the problem.

4. How can I clean my INBIKEOU bike?

Clean your INBIKEOU bike just the way you would clean a regular bike. The battery can handle water, but it is recommended to remove the battery before hosing down your INBIKEOU bike.

5. What’s your payment terms?

PayPal, credit card, local UnionPay, etc. support installment payment.

Shipping

Shipping fees are covered by INBIKEOU and will be completed by FedEx or UPS throughout the United States. Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email and shipment tracking will be sent to your email address. (We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.) It may take 2-7 days to deliver.

We are currently only shipping to the 48 contiguous United States,(excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories) and Canada.

Our bikes are carefully packaged and protected for easy transport. When purchasing bicycles and other items simultaneously, we will try to ship your order in one box, but sometimes we need to send multiple shipments. Please do not worry if you do not receive the products at the same time.

*Special circumstances such as large orders, new product launches or days of restocking may result in extended shipping times. If this is the case, we will note it on the product page and send a follow-up reminder via email

Finance

If you pay by credit card, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't get declined.

Under such circumstance, here are 3 solutions for you:

1. If you have a PayPal account, please try to pay by PayPal.
2. If you do not have a PayPal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to
   a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).
3. Please switch to your other credit/debit cards.
